How to delete your Tappin account.

This page exists so users and store reviewers can clearly see how account deletion works, what to expect after a request, and which data may still need to be retained.

Delete in the app

If the in-app account deletion option is available, users should use that path first. It is the fastest way to remove an account and start the deletion workflow.

Delete outside the app

Users can also request deletion by emailing data@tappinpro.com or by using the support form on the support page.

What happens after a request

Tappin will review the request, confirm the account where needed, and process deletion within a reasonable period. If extra information is required to verify identity, Tappin may ask for it.

What may be retained

Some limited data may be retained where necessary for legal obligations, fraud prevention, security, dispute handling, or enforcement of agreements. Any retained data will be kept only for as long as reasonably necessary for those purposes.
